Al entered the 7th Annual International Senior
Olympics in 1976. He won a silver medal (second
place)
in the 65-69 year
old Men's 400 Meter
Dash
with a time of 1
minute 49.9 seconds
when
he was 67 years old.
Participants from all corners of the globe
came to compete and have fun in the world's
largest adult games.
